Tetris Battle Royale is coming to Mobile

Tired of just that battle royale game? Some time ago, the legendary Tetris game also presented the battle royale mode in its sequel titled Tetris99 which was available for the Nintendo Switch.

Although it is quite simple, it turns out to be quite exciting and challenging with the presence of the battle royale mode. Unfortunately this Tetris99 is only available exclusively on the Nintendo Switch console. Even so there is good news, Tetris99 is available exclusively on the console, N3TWORK is working with The Tetris Company to prepare to bring the Tetris game with its battle royale mode to the mobile platform.

Carrying the title Tetris Royale, this game is the first time released by N3TWORK and Tetris Company for mobile platforms. So there is the potential for other Tetris games to be landed on mobile platforms in the future. Not much different from the battle royals in general, Tetris Royale also offers a match of 100 people simultaneously in Solo marathon mode to other daily challenges that provide attractive prizes, such as customization options, power-ups and boosters that can be used later in the match.

Tetris Royale is scheduled to be released in 2019 for Android and iOS devices. It seems like Tetris doesn't want to be outdone by the steps taken by Flappy Bird and Mario Bros. which also launched the battle battle mode recently.
