Gears of War is basically an Xbox console exclusive franchise, but with Microsoft's focus that seems to also want to prioritize PCs especially on Windows 10, many of their exclusive franchises are released outside the Xbox One.
After Gears of War remake, Gears of War 4 was released for Windows 10, the latest upcoming series of Gear 5 will be released on PC along with the Xbox One version. Next we take a look at the PC specifications of Gears 5 itself:

Gears 5 will be released on September 10, 2019. Which stores will be the place to release this game for now to be questioned. But saw close relations with Steam and Microsoft in recent months. It's likely that the game will be released for Steam and the Microsoft Store.
